Coastal Modern: Creating place

This 1,275 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath custom new home design was created for our clients as a lovely, waterfront weekend getaway. The style is that of traditional tidewater house with classic elements such as the deep shaded, wrap around porch, clapboard siding, stone hearth fireplace and interior vaulted ceiling.
